Elmex Caries Niño is a children’s toothpaste containing amine fluoride and 1000 ppm of fluoride, formulated to protect milk teeth against tooth decay from the moment the first tooth appears.
The enamel on milk teeth is thinner and less mineralised than that on permanent teeth, which means that tooth decay progresses more quickly. Aminofluoride adheres easily to the tooth surface and forms a protective layer that promotes enamel remineralisation and inhibits the activity of plaque bacteria. Its concentration of 1000 ppm is tailored to the stage of primary dentition, and its mild flavour helps establish the habit of brushing.
Brush the teeth twice a day from the appearance of the first tooth, using a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and always under adult supervision to prevent the child from swallowing it.

Do not swallow. Suitable for use during the milk teeth stage, up to the age of 6. Keep out of reach of children and consult a paediatric dentist if the child is taking fluoride supplements.
