Dispense a small amount onto the applicator. Massage in from the centre outwards and finish with gentle taps of the fingers.
It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. It can also be used whilst wearing contact lenses.
Do not get it in your eyes. Do not use the Thiamidol product range more than four times a day. In the morning, complete your routine with sun protection.
