Preparation with milk: To make a drink, add the contents of one sachet or 2 level scoops of powder (30 g) to 200 ml of milk in a large glass. Stir until completely dissolved.
Preparation with water: For a drink, add the contents of two sachets or 4 level scoops of powder (60g) to 200 ml of water in a large glass. Stir until completely dissolved.
To supplement the daily diet, 1 to 2 drinks are recommended, either prepared with milk or water. Ideal for breakfast, mid-morning or as a snack.
