Composition per daily dose (1 tablet): Valerian (extract): 120mg, Lemon balm (extract): 80mg, Passionflower (extract): 50 mg, Zinc: 10 mg (100% NRV), Melatonin: 1.85 mg, Vitamin B6: 1.4 mg (100% NRV) Ingredients: Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis); passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata); stabilisers: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose; bulking agent: calcium phosphate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; stabiliser: polyvinylpyrrolidone; zinc oxide; orange flavouring; stabilisers: magnesium stearate and cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; melatonin; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); stabiliser: stearic acid.
Application details: For difficulty falling asleep and difficulty maintaining a good quality’s sleep throughout the night. Directions for use: 1 tablet per day, 30 minutes before going to bed.
