To help you relax in cases of temporary stress: 2 tablets 3 times a day. To aid sleep: 2 tablets 30–60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, take 2 additional tablets in the afternoon. 2–6 tablets a day: 400–1,200 mg of valerian Important: Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
