What is Libicare Meno, 3x60-capsule pack?

Libicare Meno is a food supplement containing two different capsules for day and night. The pack contains three boxes of 60 capsules.

Menopause supplement with a day and night regimen

The daytime capsule contains fenugreek, olive, damiana, tribulus, ginkgo, vitamins B and D, and selenium. The night-time capsule contains hops, fenugreek, black cohosh, olive, melatonin, vitamin B6 and zinc.

• Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep when taken at a dose of 1 mg around bedtime.
• Vitamins B2, B3 and B6 help reduce tiredness.
• Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity.

Composition

The Day capsule contains extracts of Trigonella, olive, damiana, tribulus and ginkgo, vitamins B1, B2, B3 and D, and selenium. The Night capsule contains hops, Trigonella, olive, black cohosh, melatonin, vitamin B6 and zinc.

Directions for use

Take one Day capsule in the morning with breakfast and one Night capsule shortly before going to bed.

Precautions

Not recommended for under-18s, during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. Consult your doctor if you are taking anticoagulants or have a personal or family history of breast cancer. Do not continue use for more than six months without medical advice.
