Per capsule: 200 mg of 5:1 sage extract, 50 mg of 25:1 Menoduo hop extract, 50 mg of 10:1 black cohosh extract and 50 mg of 10:1 yam extract; maltodextrin, magnesium stearate and vegetable capsule.
Take one capsule a day with water.
