Sesamum indicum seed oil*, Helianthus annuus seed oil*, Copaifera officinalis resin oil*, Zingiber officinalis root oil*, Rosmarinus officinalis leaf oil* (QT camphor/CT camphora), Eucalyptus globulus seed oil*, Thymus satureioides leaf oil*, Lavandula spica flower oil*, Arnica Montana Flower Extract*, Gaultheria fragrantissima leaf oil* ,Tocopherol, Citronellol**, Limonene**, Linalool**, Citral**, Geraniol**, Eugenol**, Farnesol**. * Ingredient from organic farming (Certisys BEBIO01 control) ** Substance naturally present in essential oils.
Before physical exertion: massage with circular movements on the areas to be warmed. After exercise or in case of stiffness: massage the affected area for a few minutes and repeat 2 to 3 times a day. Maximum 10 pumps of the dispenser per day.
