First, cut 50 cm of the tape and roll a good part of it on one of the middle fingers of one hand and the other end on the fingers of the opposite hand. As the tape is used, release the long part of the tape from the hand where it is, and gather the used part in the other hand.
Tighten a segment of tape about 3 cm long using your thumb and forefinger, then insert it between your teeth and give it a gentle sawing motion. When you reach the edge of the gums, slow down the intensity of the movements, curve the tape in a C-shape against a tooth and gently slide it between the gum and the tooth until there is no more resistance.
Rub the tape on the tooth and remove plaque and food debris. Repeat the same treatment with the rest of the teeth, always using a clean piece of tape for each one.
