It is an Ynsadiet supplement containing iron in the form of bisglycinate and vitamins involved in the normal formation of red blood cells.
Per capsule: 130 mg of ferrous bisglycinate, equivalent to 29 mg of iron; 80 mg of vitamin C; 30 mg of mixed red berries; 200 µg of folic acid and 2.5 µg of vitamin B12.
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Avoid taking with dairy products, calcium, antacids and caffeinated drinks.
