Massaging with Carelle perineal cream has several benefits for women
It is recommended to apply a small amount once a day, preferably at night before going to bed. Before starting, wash your hands thoroughly and read the instruction manual carefully before use.
Apply and spread a small amount on the perineal and vulvar area, massaging gently with semicircular movements. Perform a rhythmic movement simulating a clockwise motion on the lower semicircle, trying to distend the perineum. Continue the massage for at least 5 minutes. If there is an episiotomy or a tear from a previous pregnancy, pay special attention to the scar tissues as they may not stretch as easily and require more work.
Treatment for external use only.
Do not use in case of:
1- Episiotomy, tearing, or wounds, before healing of the affected area.
2- Hypersensitivity to any of its components.
