Lactoflora Fibra+ is a Lactoflora probiotic with fibre to promote regularity and healthy bowel function. It combines the gut probiotic Bifidobacterium lactis HN019 with the prebiotics FOS, Plantago ovata and plum. Each box contains 28 orange-flavoured sachets. This prebiotic and probiotic supplement dissolves in approximately 200 ml of water.
Lactoflora Fibra+ is a Lactoflora probiotic containing prebiotic fibres, Plantago ovata and plum extract. It comes in 28 orange-flavoured DUOCAM sachets. It is designed to support regularity and bowel function in cases of sluggish bowel movements, hard stools or flatulence.
The prebiotic and probiotic combination combines Bifidobacterium lactis HN019 with fructooligosaccharides. Plantago ovata provides fibre and the plum extract rounds off the formulation. These ingredients help maintain an adequate fibre intake and a balanced gut microbiota.
Each sachet contains 0.9 ×10⁹ CFU of Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, 1,200 mg of Plantago ovata, 500 mg of fructooligosaccharides and 100 mg of dried plum extract.
Dissolve one or two sachets a day, as required, in approximately 200 ml of water. Drink the mixture immediately and ensure you drink plenty of fluids whilst taking it. Do not mix with hot drinks. If you are taking antibiotics, leave at least two hours between doses.
It can be used from the age of 3 years. The manufacturer considers it suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
