Take half a heaped teaspoon before going to bed. You can chew it and swallow it with water or juice. To make an infusion, add boiling water and leave to steep for 5 to 20 minutes.
Do not use continuously for more than eight days. Not suitable for children under 12, during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, in cases of bowel obstruction or abdominal pain of unknown cause. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
