3M Nexcare Soft Strips 25mm x 72mm, 20 Units, are used to protect and absorb secretions from small wounds, cuts, burns and skin rashes. Made of breathable fabric to facilitate air circulation, reduce the accumulation of sweat and stimulate the healing of the injury. This material is soft to the touch, comfortable, hypoallergenic and elastic to adapt to the user's movements without hurting the skin or wound.
Its absorbent core does not adhere to the wound, nor does it mistreat or injure it when the dressing is removed for disposal. The use of these strips preserves the moist trauma environment and stimulates the formation of new tissue while protecting it from infectious agents. Their soft structure is well assimilated by all skin types, even the most sensitive and reactive.
They protect the wound from the sun's UVA and UVB radiation, reducing the risk of excessively thickened scars. Likewise, in order to obtain better results in the restoration and continuity of the tissues, it is advisable to leave them adhered to the skin for the necessary time. The recommended time period is approximately 48 hours for the dressing to remain intermittently covering the wound.

Remove the protective paper from the strip and place the padded part over the cut or wound after cleaning and disinfecting. Then press firmly on the edges to ensure that it is well adhered to the skin, without stretching excessively.
It is not a sanitary article suggested for those who present intolerance or allergic reactions to the contact of the bandage with the skin. Its use in young children should be supervised by a responsible adult.
