This is an adhesive plaster from Tiritas designed to cover small superficial wounds. The specific packaging allows you to identify the size, dimensions or quantity before purchase.

Before applying Tiritas®, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. If you have a hydroalcoholic solution such as Sterillium® to hand, use it to enhance disinfection. Clean the wound carefully and remove any traces of sand, dirt or impurities. At HARTMANN, we recommend cleaning the wound with Lusan® saline solution. Clean and dry the wound carefully using gentle dabs. If you notice any signs of infection, such as redness, itching or a burning sensation, it is important to see your doctor or ask your pharmacist for advice. Disinfect the wound with an antiseptic such as povidone-iodine or chlorhexidine. Apply the Tiritas® plaster.

They are suitable for people who need to protect minor cuts and grazes with a dressing of the appropriate size. Before choosing them, check that the size, absorbency or packaging matches your specific needs.

Do not use on deep, infected or heavily bleeding wounds. Stop using if the adhesive irritates the skin.
