Directions for use

- For children, the dosage is 10 mg per kg of body weight every 4 hours, or 15 mg/kg every 6 hours, not to exceed 5 doses per day.
Do not take Paracetamol Normon:
- If you are allergic or hypersensitive to paracetamol or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.
- If you have any liver disease.
Paracetamol Normon may cause side effects, as with all medicines, although this does not mean that everyone will experience them. In this case, any side effects that may occur are generally rare or very rare.
In any case, you should avoid taking high doses of paracetamol for long periods of time, as this increases the risk of adverse effects.
Possible side effects include:
- Discomfort.
- Allergic reactions with symptoms such as a skin rash, hives or anaphylactic shock.
- Elevated liver transaminases, hepatotoxicity.
- Low blood glucose.
- Decreased blood cell counts.
- Hypotension.
- Aseptic pyuria.

Each tablet contains 650 mg of paracetamol as the main active ingredient. The other excipients are: povidone, pregelatinised maize starch and stearic acid.
