Clean the wound carefully and remove any traces of sand, dirt or impurities. At HARTMANN, we recommend cleaning the wound with Lusan® saline solution. Clean and dry the wound carefully using gentle dabs. If you notice any signs of infection, such as redness, itching or a burning sensation, it is important to see your doctor or ask your pharmacist for advice. Disinfect the wound with an antiseptic such as povidone-iodine or chlorhexidine. Apply the Tiritas®.
