Maize starch, maltodextrin, fructooligosaccharides rich in inulin, vegetable proteins, potassium chloride, magnesium sulphate, lactic acid bacteria 1×10⁹ CFU/g, enzymes (amylases), niacin (nicotinamide), vanilla flavouring, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), riboflavin (sodium riboflavin-5’-phosphate), thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), manganese (manganese sulphate), biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Take one sachet daily for 14 days, dissolved in a glass of mineral water (100 ml) at room temperature, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or just before going to bed (at least 2 hours after dinner). Leave the contents of the sachet to stand in the water for 1 minute before taking, to allow the bacteria to reactivate and facilitate their subsequent colonisation, and shake again before taking. Once taken, do not eat anything for 10 minutes. After 14 days, take 1 sachet per week for 3 months. Due to its composition, it is recommended to take it 2 to 3 hours apart from any antibiotics.
