Fisioenema 6 x 250 ml

This value pack contains six 250 ml cleansing enemas. Each unit contains isotonic saline solution and is administered rectally. The flexible packaging is hermetically sealed and features a pre-lubricated cannula, a non-return valve and latex-free components.

The FisioEnema 250 ml x 6 pack provides several individual units when bowel cleansing is required on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.

FisioEnema is indicated for bowel cleansing in situations such as faecal impaction. It may also be used prior to certain radiological, endoscopic, bowel or gynaecological examinations, surgical procedures and childbirth, always in accordance with the instructions provided.

Administer the product rectally only. Remove the protective sleeve and insert the cannula carefully. Squeeze the bottle gently and steadily until the required amount has been administered. It is not necessary to empty the bottle completely.

The general recommendation is one or two enemas a day, depending on the clinical presentation. Maintain the recommended position until you feel a strong urge to pass stools. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you do not pass stools.

It is intended for people who require bowel cleansing in the situations described. It must not be used in children under 2 years of age. In children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or before a medical examination, always follow the advice of a healthcare professional.
