Exeltis Stratacel Gel 20 g is a topical product designed to provide adequate protection for areas of skin that are damaged or slightly injured. When it dries, it forms a permeable film that protects the tissue from external agents.
Exeltis Stratacel Gel in 20 g presentation is a creamy dressing designed to provide adequate protection for skin that has been affected by minor injuries. It is made with elements of natural origin that protect the skin and promote tissue repair.
After application, the product dries and forms a protective layer that is permeable to both liquids and gases. This keeps open wounds safe from exposure to external agents of various kinds such as dust, wind or UV rays.
It is easy to apply, even if the wound has a large, contoured surface. While keeping the laceration safe, it helps to moisturise the affected dermis and provides an appropriate healing environment for superficial wounds and burns. At the same time, it helps to minimise the effects of itching and other discomfort. It also helps to reduce discolouration of the damaged surface and redness.
It can be used after procedures such as laser, peeling, tattoo removal, radiofrequency and others. It is also recommended to promote recovery after cryosurgery or inflammatory reactions and first and second degree burns.
It is suitable for people who have open wounds or burns on the body and need to protect the area from contamination during the healing process. It is also suitable for people who have undergone cryosurgery and other dermatological treatments and need to protect the affected area.
Carefully wash the affected skin or wound and thoroughly dry any excess exudate or fluid that may be present in the area. Apply a thin layer of the gel and allow to dry for a few minutes (5 or 6). If after this time, you do not feel that the product has dried, it is possible that more has been applied than necessary. When the protective layer has formed, you can use cosmetics, sunscreen and clothing as normal. Should be applied at least once daily to the affected areas.
Do not palpate if you have very oozing, deep wounds or third degree burns. Discontinue use if unexpected reactions occur. If after 30 days of application you do not notice any improvement, consult your doctor.
