Lacovin 2% is a topical solution containing minoxidil indicated for the treatment of moderate androgenetic hair loss in adults. It contains 20 mg of minoxidil per ml, equivalent to 2%.
Lacovin 2% Minoxidil solution, 4 x 60 ml bottles, is a topical medicine formulated with minoxidil. Each ml of solution contains 20 mg of minoxidil, equivalent to a concentration of 2%.
It is indicated for the treatment of moderate androgenetic hair loss in adults. It is applied directly to the scalp and helps to stimulate hair growth by acting at the level of the hair follicle.
It is intended for adults with moderate hair loss associated with androgenetic alopecia. It must not be used in children or adolescents unless medically indicated. It is also not recommended during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding without first consulting a healthcare professional.
Apply 1 ml to the scalp every 12 hours, preferably in the morning and at night. The maximum recommended dose is 2 ml per day, regardless of the size of the affected area.
It should be applied to a completely dry scalp, starting from the centre of the area to be treated and spreading the solution with your fingertips. After each application, it is recommended that you wash your hands thoroughly.
It must not be applied to other parts of the body, nor should a hairdryer be used to speed up drying, as this could reduce its effectiveness. To achieve visible results, it is important to use it consistently for several months.
Each ml of topical solution contains 20 mg of minoxidil, equivalent to 2% minoxidil.

Do not use if you are allergic to minoxidil or any of the other ingredients in the formulation. Do not apply to an irritated, inflamed, infected, or wounded scalp, or to areas of the skin with lesions.

Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes or broken skin. In the event of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. As this is a solution for topical use, it must not be swallowed.
It may cause local effects such as itching, redness, dryness, irritation, flaking, dermatitis, or a burning or stinging sensation at the application site. Hair growth may also occur in unwanted areas if the product comes into contact with other parts of the skin.
Treatment should be discontinued and a healthcare professional consulted if symptoms such as chest pain, palpitations, dizziness, fainting, low blood pressure, swelling of the hands or feet, sudden weight gain or difficulty breathing occur.
