This product comes in pearl form and each pearl contains 1000mg of evening primrose oil.

Composition
Evening Primrose Oil (1st Cold Pressed), Natural Vitamin E 67% (D-Alpha Tocopherol), Vitahess E sf Plus; Pearl: Gelatine and Humectant: Purified Water (Glycerine).

Directions for use
PLANNATUR ONAGRA 1000mg should be taken 1 pearl a day, preferably during the main meal. It is recommended to follow this daily dose on a regular basis for best results.
